This policy explains what personal data Plotme collects, why, and the choices you have. Plotme is a brand of Aadhira Technology and Marketing LLP, Bangrakuloor, Mangaluru, Karnataka 575006, India ("we", "us"). We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, email, website or Instagram, phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, how you would like us to reply, the services you are interested in, anything you write in the message box, and your browser’s time zone so we can suggest a call time. The analytics form also asks for your company, ad spend range and channels.
- When you contact us directly: what you share by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Website usage: pages visited, the page you came from, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and campaign tags such as utm or gclid. See the Cookie Policy.
- Client project data: for clients, the marketing, ad spend and sales data you choose to share with us so we can do the work. This data is stored hashed and can only be viewed inside our platform, in your organisation’s own workspace, which only your team can access.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free audit or quote.
- To deliver services you have hired us for, and to invoice you.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, and to improve our website and ads.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use one client's data for any other client.
3. Who we share it with
We use service providers who process data for us: EmailJS (to deliver form submissions to our inbox), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads), Meta (ads and WhatsApp), and our email and hosting providers. Some of these providers store data outside India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client data is deleted one year after the contract ends.
- Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
- You can ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing anil@plotme.io. We delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Email anil@plotme.io and we will respond within 30 days.
6. If you are outside India
Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing anil@plotme.io. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have your rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you live in a US state with its own privacy law, such as California, you have the rights that law gives you, and you can ask us not to use your data for advertising by emailing us. If you are in the United Arab Emirates, you have the rights given by the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Some of our service providers store data outside your country; see section 3. For client projects, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement on request.

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
