These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Plotme, a brand of Aadhira Technology and Marketing LLP. A signed proposal, quote or agreement for your project forms part of these terms. If they differ, the signed document applies.
1. Services and scope
We provide digital marketing, content, video, website, branding and analytics services. The scope, deliverables and price for your work are set out in your written quote or proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
2. Fees and payment
- Your written quote or proposal states the currency and price for your project. Clients in India pay GST at the applicable rate and receive a GST invoice for every payment. For clients outside India, any taxes are set out in the quote.
- Monthly plans are invoiced monthly in advance. One-off projects are invoiced as agreed in the quote.
- Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or other platforms and is not included in our fees.
- We may pause work if an invoice is unpaid past its due date.
3. Term and cancellation
Monthly plans run month to month. Either side can end a plan with 30 days written notice. Fees for work already done, and for the notice period, remain payable. One-off projects follow the cancellation terms in their quote.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, timely approvals and the access we need.
- Make sure content, logos and materials you give us are yours to use.
- Make sure your products, offers and claims comply with the law and with platform policies.
5. Ownership
- Ad accounts, your website, domain and social media accounts stay in your name.
- Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and methods.
- We may show work we made for you in our portfolio and on social media, unless you ask us not to in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver your services. A separate confidentiality agreement can be signed on request.
7. No guaranteed results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, pricing and demand. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales or specific returns. Analytics findings are estimates with ranges, based on the data provided.
8. Third-party platforms
We are not responsible for changes, outages, account suspensions or policy decisions by Google, Meta, hosting providers or other third parties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
10. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content, videos or design without written permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mangaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
